Refund Policy

All prices advertised are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. For international visitors, prices are Goods and Services Tax Free.

We are happy to refund or exchange an item, so long as it is returned within 7 days of the day of receipt in exactly the same condition as it was dispatched.

Please note that we only refund the cost of the item, not postage and handling.

Items that have been damaged, but not during transit, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Items that are damaged by Australia Post will be replaced or refunded. Items must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of receipt along with an Australia Post damaged item form, filled out correctly.

Fats Music Online will not be issuing any unsolicited material and will not be passing on your details to any organisation whatsoever.
